I’ve learnt over the years that the key to living stress-free can be found by staying active in the moment. Although as you may know, it can often be hard to find the time to focus on being present in our busy lives. What with the kids needing to be picked up, the dog walked, being at work from 9-5 and then having to cook dinner!
It’s no surprise in the 21st century there are millions of us who suffer from stress, anxiety or depression. Where can we find the time to help ourselves, and let the rest fall into place after? That’s where natural stress relief techniques come into place.
The benefits of staying present, rather than contemplating the past and the future, were discovered through centuries worth of studies and traditions. Passed down through generation after generation to benefit the people of today. These practices include meditation, yoga nidra, herbal remedies, mindfulness and much more. That’s definitely one of my biggest goals in life and I’m here to help you discover the ins and outs of your mind, the complexities of your body and the hidden depths of your soul. Stress can often mask itself under a cover of fear, causing tremendous anxiety, panic attacks or depression. But this doesn’t have to be the way… we can forget that stress can be a choice and there are many natural ways we can look to tackle all the symptoms stress brings. Some of these include:

You may be one of tens of millions of people around the world who suffer from stress and/or anxiety on a daily basis. No matter the situation or lack of situation, it can be easy to get lost in negative thinking, which in turn affects your body, health and mental state. I don’t believe in any manufactured or pharmaceutical drugs to heal stress, anxiety or depression. Instead, I look for and review natural stress relief remedies that will benefit you, without having to take something that can become addictive, or deteriorate your health.
Here’s just one reason I believe this topic is important and there needs to be a change in the way we think about our health, not just physically, but mentally:
Did you know drug overdoses, including prescribed drugs, kill more Americans than the Vietnam war did? And that’s in 2016 alone!
65,000 Americans died from taking too many pharmaceutical drugs – all I can say is that is too many people who rely on drugs to help aid with their stress or for use as an escape from reality.
This shows the importance of looking to natural remedies to help with the common issue of stress. We all live busy lives, and it’s about time our minds and bodies were able to take in all the information around us. And still live in gratitude, peace and presence.
Don’t believe the myth that we only use 10% of our brains.
This was debunked by scientists who discovered at least 90% of our brain is active at all times! And this stat was also questioned many times by Albert Einstein – and we know he knew a thing or two!
Humans are more powerful than they believe, especially our brains. Through discovering the true purpose of our mind, body and soul; we can discover new ways of tackling stress and learn about traditional relief techniques.
It’s not too late to live your life to the fullest. Put down that cage you carry around and break free to the pure bliss of life and breath.
